I am wearing the D2T Designs - Noelle Sweater and the D2T Designs - Lana Pants. They come in Belleza (Freya, Isis & Venus), Maitreya, Slink (Hourglass & Physique), TMP, as well as 5 standard mesh sizes. The sweater's is available in the Basic pack (with 20 colors) or the Fatpack (20 colors & 20 designs). The pants are available in the Basic pack (with 25 colors) or the Fatpack (25 colors & 25 designs).

The cute little ladybug is the {ACD} Decorative Ladybird (Non animated) (Mesh/Materials). The menu has tons of options for changing it's various parts to create your perfect one! The flower-shaped rug is the Anam Cara Designs - {ACD} Blooming Hangout Rug (Sits) (Mesh). You can change the color of the main part and the swirls individually via the menu and as with all Stormm's items, the mesh and animations are of the highest quality.

The poses are from the Midnyte Creations - [Cursed Angels] Kawaii Pose Set 1 @ Twe12ve - Jan '18. The pose set can be used by individuals or couples and has 10 poses to choose from (5 for each sitter).
