The tattoo is the Juna Artistic Tattoo -Rare #2 from the Zombie Doll Tattoo gacha @ The Gacha Life -  The Doll (Feb '18). There are 8 items to collect (6 commons & 2 rares). It comes with a multi-hud applier with Maitreya, Belleza, Slink, Eve, Altamura & Omega appliers. You can select between dark or light ink intensities.
